The story of Santa Claus, how the orphan baby was ordered to an orphange but due to bad weather was lost on the way and found
by the family of Elves known as the Kringles. Naming him Kris they teach him the way of the toy maker and Kris makes a vow
to take his toys over the mountain and past the villianous Winter Warlock.
But trouble sets in as the idoitic Burgermeister Meisterburger goes on a rampage after hurting himself by tripping over
a toy duck and outlaws toys. Well if toys become a crime and justice becomes outlawed, then the just must become outlaws.
That's right, classic Christmas Specials never die, they just get re-run on the Family Channel. Rankin and Bass, the same
people that brought you Rudolph brings you the story of Kris Kringle. Before he was a ripe jolly old elf and the stellar cast
does a great job. I remember this when they use to re-run it on channel two when I was just a wee lad meself. I thought it
was perfect then and I think it's perfect now. That's right, perfect, no flaws what so ever. The perfect Christmas special
that the whole family can watch, older people can remember when they watched when they were young and kids can discover it
for the first time. But buy the DVD version, the Family channel tends to cut things for more advertisement time. So that's
I agree with Zedd with this, unlike Zedd I saw when it first aired when I was a kid and I enjoyed every minute of it. It
was cool then and it's cool now. It's a true classic and modern kids should see what a classic looks like, perfect 10 STARS.

then this isn't the video for you.)
